The Importance of Convenience in Conversations

I know people who hide who they are for reasons of safety. For those listening in, for some reason, soul doesn't resonate with you. I think the invitation would be like, get less hung up on the word that we're using and just really explore the notion of something like both distinct and interconnected on a lot of different levels. Yeah, it's really interesting because there's many triggering words, right? Spertuality for many people is a triggering word. So we're even wondering, do we even call our Yale Center a spirituality mental health center? Maybe we just call it a mind body center to kind of take the spirituality out of it. Or do we use those words that
