Is the Electronic Health Record Really a Taxonomy?
The way we have taxonomies have real effects on human beings. We see this in clinical practice all the time. You can call an 88-year-old who's been falling at home severe protein calorie malnutrition and think about, oh, do I need to do supplemental feeding? Adam: It makes people feel as though they're being pulled away from what they envision their work to be. And so he's very much interested in doing that in a way that's successful.
