The QBR in our business is radical over communication. Whatever makes your business different doesn't exist without this. You can declare the queen B role and then you have to protect and serve the QBR. I would rather communicate and feel like people think we're still here than leaving them, ghosting them or just stopping communication or not having good communication. If that's something that you're primarily committed to, don't just like, be afraid of it. Use that in your marketing. Put it out there.
