Is Crypto Currency a Great Tool for Russians to Evade Sanctions?
The russians, along with a number of other authoritarian governments, have been pretty hostile to the utilization of ditial assets. The first is that it actally not that easy to convert huge amounts of rouble, or a sort of russian wealth, into crypto currency. You can't buy a lot of things directly in crypto, like financial assets or even everyday items. And also, once you've done that, every transaction that you do using that crypto currency is public.
