You Know I Wish I Could Repair All the Miscommunications With My Mother
The simplicity of that moment about that reconnection and how you wish you could do that with your own mum. Part of what I'm really moved by is that I mean it means so much to me when someone just shares with you know how my work resonates with them. It's based in this physical intimacy and it's pre-verbal my daughter is like we can't have that moment again she's way too verbal now but that idea of talking about my mom has a very specific resonance if you grow up with a vast cultural divide with your parents.
