Is There a Conflict Between Us?
A colleague tended to be dismissive while taking patient's history sometimes. This resulted in us not getting all the information that we needed, he says. So i gave him some feedback on it, but i think i he did not,. He dint accept my feedback because he felt like i was undermining him. And this kind of led to a conflict between us. Ah, and so i had to take steps to to resolve this. The other was to give him really concrete data points that he was in terms of instances where this had happened before.
