The Art of Acting and Decision Making in the Mews Team

The mews team has a very unusual way of working, i think. We dig in on subsets of the technology or the design and then essentially make proposals for what we should work on. And then have the the making proposals and discussing it is the fun part. Then we have the later meeting, which is always the agonizing part, because it all looks so good and we want to do all of it.
