Omata co-founder Sean O'Brien says he's never considered going back to med school. He said the 11 years at Omata have been "the best education I could ever imagine in terms of creation" The company has hired a lot of MBAs, but that isn't always what they're looking for when hiring new employees. 'I don't think it'd be the best use of my contributions at this point to go back to medical school,' she adds.
