Communication as an Art Form

I think you're hitting on this kind of tension, at least for me. There's got to be communication going on there, right? In order for the recipient of the art to understand it as a whole, they have to be able to perceive it that way. And she doesn't talk about the reception, but when we talk about conveying something or recognition, or if you're talking about truth,. We have to have some fidelity to that and say, you know, an artist who produces a work of art that is essentially unexperienceable or unreadable would not be art.
