A German guy that my parents know knew I was interested in watches and he said, check out Wostep. It's a Swiss program, a curriculum and watch companies like Rolex, Rishmont,. the Rishmont group and Swatch Group operate schools so that they can train watchmakers. The school is subsidized by the company that operates the school. All you have to do is buy your tools. That's it.
