Gougleslides are a great way to create these. Canva is also an option, but i think whatever you're more comfortable with is going to be the more enjoyable way to go about it,. If you're gong to go into google slides, i just make sure to set my page settings at eight and a half by 11 so that it is then you can print it. It's essentially like a live one pager that it could be for students to interact with.
