How to Incentivize the Right Behavior
We all have tool bloat at this point. No one's reading their email from any of these tools anymore because it's just flooding our inboxes and we don't see it. So purchasing a tool doesn't mean that the culture changes. You have to incentivize the right behavior as well and then reduce friction so that it's trivial to do the right thing. Anytime it's the right thing, but it takes mental effort to do it. People are just less likely to do theright thing if you make it easy for them.
