Is There Something Inherent About Counterfactual Approaches to History?
I don't know how it turns to that question because it's so clearly correct. But is there something inherent about this deterministic way of looking at things that are very effective? I mean, why haven't he lost this argument? Because it sounds quite compelling. And when you translate it to today, like we don't know anything about bed terminal rate, it makes so much sense. And why have you had too much opposition with this counterfactual view? It will take time, 20, 30 years. It will move.
