Bine administration trying to blame the meat packing industry for rising meat prices. Beef prices are up about 20 % on the year. Bine wants government to invest something like a billion dollars in helping to create some kind of government co operative, so that farmers who are slaughtering their stock can work with a government package and company. The idea that the private sector is inefficient because they're trying to make a profit doesn't work.
