The Politics of Polarization
There are two models of what happens when there's polarization. One is kind of like, the top cree, which I think he says is the US model. The other is maybe more South American countries you get very left wing. Is people angry at that replaced by a very right wing guy does a lot of extreme right wing reforms. People are angry at him and so on and so forth. There's like a simultaneously happening with this kind of like more all the garkic interference and less substantive legislation. But I don't know if that's like a net good or a net negative.
