The Importance of Awareness of Being Judged

All emotions aren't good or bad, they're just all functional and useful. Having a feeling that you are being judged is useful to keep you useful within your society. But it's when it gets to the point where it debilitates you,. It stops you putting your content out to the world, or it makes you play small. So why should I even be worried about how you're judging me? Because you're judge me through your own filters. And if I'm comfortable with who I am, doesn't matter how you judge me. That'd be late to the next one. Yeah.
