Product Management

Stake hold management can be a very time consuming activity as a produc manager. How do you sort of balance the complexity, depth of communication that's required to manage stake holders and accelerating through your product road map? It's not an easy balance to strike. I'm not sure i've ever seen anyone do it all right. The balancing part is always based on feet back. You get anthe best of one part of product management that we struggle with: feedback.
