It's been 10 plus years since Tesla opened the Supercharger network. Even some of the fleet people I know who are bringing you know press cars and stuff they won't even use it anymore because they can't get a single one to work. It's just something as basic as understanding that the product is not just the car. The product is the entire user experience.
