Working Your Week Tie Connections
i think what's really important about those people, and sometimes particularly the newness tha i've mentioned, is that just helps us have a real explorative approach to our careers. They help us to think differently. They give us new perspectives. You get a window into other people's worlds. Those connections are particularly useful if you're thinking about making a change of some description or if you want to kind of explore something different. And without even knowing it, they spark new ideas and new energy. Every time i've stopped doing this, i sort of feel that loss. And then every time i've made the effort and said yes.
