Asia-Pacific Focus Managers Stake a Huge Claim on the 2022 Ranking

The amount of capital raised by Asian managers as well this year is 21% more than the qualifying five-year period for last year. The fact that there are new entrant to this ranking actually reflects just kind of the general opacity of China's private equity markets. Some estimates out there that there are about 10,000 or 10,000 plus Chinese PE managers out there. Looking forward it's unclear whether we'll see such an increase next year.
