Is the Love of the Saviour Unconditional?

President Nelson says even god's love, although infinite and perfect, is also subject to conditions. The word does not appear in the scriptures. Many verses affirm that the higher levels of love the father and the son feel for each of us are conditional. So i feel like that is a, oh, i don't want to say radical, but perhaps a very little talked about part of the love of the saviour. I think if you pulled people in the church, is the saviour's love unconditional? You would get a 98% affirmative rate.
