The Fundamental of Environmentalism
The idea that human beings must not tamper with the intrinsic value of nature. In every instance in which there is a conflict between the needs of man and the so-called needs of nature, the Needs of Man are sacrificed. That is the fundamental. All the other narrower positions are derivatives of the fundamental. They are all expressions of manifestations of that one idea.
