Getting a Certification Is Like Normalizing Your Data
It is entirely, entirely probable that there are so many people in your employ pool that are way more qualified than the person who has the certification. That's tat like that person, youi there's less proof, and people like proof. Ya, i think thi just standard like, now i'm going to be talking about staffs and their application to real life, which is my favorite thing in the world. It's like normalizing your data. You are not comparing apples to oranges any more.
