The Importance of Sleep Pressure

New research says don't worry so much about your bedtime. Sleep pressure yourself by the wake up time. The sleep pressure of having to get up at five a.m. will make you go to bed. It took me two nights to watch Casino Royale with David, right? Watch the last part last night. Mm hmm. That's the same reason. I think that could be also too, there's a belief that humans do wake up naturally at night just in the civil war. Now we're talking about waking up fat.
