Attracting Quality People

When you're in the business world, you have to deal with so many different personalities. And it first starts off on you realizing, hey, why am I attracting people like this? Well, maybe because they're like you, right? And you're attracting your own self. And then you change. Oh, wow, attracting quality people. What's going on over here? Well, there's a reflection that's taking place as well. It comes from the way that we are raised as children and how we need to feel validated for ourselves.
