i don't think your best genius players make particularly good coaches because they've never struggled through through, through the hard times. And you know, that's the one thing that that that upsets me a little bit. Coaching is a professional career. Man management and communication are your are your two biggest assets ass as a head coach. If you hadn't got those, you could have played a hundred and 50 tests,. You well, you won't have any success or long term success. i'm always there for the career coach. I'm there for the gard that does it as a profession. The average player becomes a better coach because he knows what it’s like to struggle
