What Happens if We Succeed in Artificial Intelligence?

Professor Berkeley has worked in the area of artificial intelligence for 35 years. He is concerned about what happens if we succeed in building machines that are more intelligent than us. The main purpose here is to educate our listeners about, you know, what artificial intelligence is and its implications. But i also want us to at some point, i'd like you to express the soundest basis for this kind of scepticism - it's unwarranted.
