This is actually what SAP uses whenever they're doing an implementation, and I'm sure more businesses than SAP uses it. So within SAP, you build either a form or a workflow or a report that basically supports your processes. They can think of level one as the order to cash piece. And then what I took you through was the level two, like a very high level of level two. And then level three is that next layer down. It's essentially the way that you would implement SAP, but then also the manual processes that support your process would buy each of these steps.
