The Power of Self Love

We can only give that which we've unlocked within ourselves. So if I'm making many, many small decisions that is enriching myself, that is usually founded from a place of self love. If we don't know how to hold space for ourselves, how on earth could we do that for someone else? Like, I don't love my own sadness. I judge my own injury. And then who we be isn't about doing anything; it's not about fixing anyone. It's not about giving feedback. It'snot about coaching. It's about being a silent witness from a spot of love.
