Algarand has the upper hand because of its in redible institutional adoption. There is no guarantee that any of algaran's public sector partnerships will have any effect on the price of algo. Salanas institutional adoption, on the other hand, has had an effect on soul beyond speculation. If algarand can deliver on its promises and address the issues it knows it has, algarand could beat salana in a few years time. Don't count on it though.
