The Importance of Marketing Automation

I think it's like one of the tools in the modern marketers toolbox. Depending on the industry, depending on the product and everything else, I think people are moving that direction. So I'd be wary if I moved to another software company that hadn't taken this step yet. Because I'm definitely hearing it more and more.
