The Importance of Spiritual Bypassing
I feel like this is something at sand that we're talking about and addressing the idea of spiritual bypassing. Just developing the compassionate wisdom of ourselves, of finding that balance and that dance because sometimes you just have to go too far in the direction of wallowing in your jealousy. It's not always my own personal struggle, you know, it's in relation to others and it's universal. Our psyche is a democracy, there's Ellen or Michael, but we're just sort of headquarters thinking we know everything. Meanwhile, we just have to look at our dreams and look at all the characters and creatures and landscapes in our dreams to know that our psyches are amazingly rich and unpredictable and unknown
