The town of granby, California was planning to build a concrete plant. But locals opposed the project and tried to stop it from going ahead. A bulldozer owner won an auction and decided to buy the dozer for himself. He then sued the dochefs and the town over the whole dispute. The judge ruled in favor of the company but not marve's lawsuit.
