JP Morgan advisors, they have about 450 financial advisors right now. They have talked publicly about more than doubling that in the next few years. The biggest US banks have only gotten bigger in terms of assets and in terms of operations. So they're just very, very hard to manage. And why is it so hard to do? With almost any acquisition, one of the biggest hurdles to clear is whether or not there's a cultural fit between the two businesses.
