Brandon Rotzinger: I think Thomists can learn from the Franciscan tradition more of that mystical, intuitive side of theology. He says Thomas Aquinas' Aristotelianism was a step forward in many ways but carries the shadow of intellectualism and rationalism. But does it need always something from the east to come in?
