Cost is one element, but what I really want to understand is more strategically why acquiring this piece of software. Most of these things are business processes that you're trying to automate across the organization. So it's not like a departmental purchase. It's a company-wide initiative that cuts across other organizations. Then we'll get around to the price. Because ultimately, if you paid 10% more or 10% less, that will not dictate the success.
