The Cost of Not Being on the Same Page

CNN's John Sutter talks about the benefits of being on the same page. He says it can lead to friendship destroying differences that are unnecessary and avoidable. When things started to feel like, man, I'm not so sure that we're growing together as much in our company, it became increasingly clear that maybe this wasn't the right thing. Maybe this is the time to either change or one of three things, right? Like recommit to the purpose of it and make it true, change thepurpose of it or opt out.
