The Inconsistency in Prosecution in the January 6 Uprising
The Justice Department has been slow to prosecute those involved in the January 6 protests, CNN's John Sutter says. He argues that if people wanted to do it again, they would be more likely to do it after seeing how few were prosecuted. "I have a hard time assigning the same moral weight to the riots or even the protests in the uprising in 2020," he adds.
