Is the Brain Doing Its Job?
The intellect seems to manage it this way. Itwould be intersting to think about whether the brainis doing it in the same way. But even if you've not been able to do experiments, are you able to dissect brains and to examine them or can you imagine research projects that would do that? The type of evidence that you'd want to look for is traffic along these long white matters, tracts that i mentioned before. These are the bundles of axons, or bundles of kind ofthe tails of nerons that connect one part of the brain with another. And we can listen in and see what sort of activity they're displaying.
