The objective overall would be to increase the customer adoption. And so actually these okay ours help force PM to almost think of both the qualitative and quantitative aspects of what they're being asked to do. It's really useful, especially from a team standpoint, so that you know your manager sort of is obviously going to be responsible for a lot of these okay ours. But as an individual PM may be asked to go ahead and drive one or two or three of these.
