Is Precision Better Than Netflix?

If you are a patient which machine would you buy? You will say it's better I get tested. If they don't do a good job on precision then you will ignore their recommendations and keep picking your own. This is the difference between Netflix recommendation or an algorithm from Chern analysis. We had a product which was churning. Our initial product was about churn. It could look 100,000 data points and then went up to 300,000. And we could come back and tell predict. So we did a prediction and we could predict who are the customers who are the highest propensity to churn.
