The state of Florida passed a law saying that cities cannot stop people from growing food on their own property, even in their front yards. Miami Shores came along and said, Oh yeah, we didn't realize you were doing this. It's been against the law low these many years, tear it up. So the state of Florida came out swinging in favor of property rights, which is very unlikely turn of events. But hey, I'll take a victory anywhere I can find it."
