The art department on "Survivor" works hard to make each challenge perfect. The puzzle in this episode was designed and then painted by Britney's husband with a chainsaw. A giant sphere has to be heavy enough that it'll take, you know, five or six people pushing it up and over it. Jordon James: I'm always blown away that they like still spend so much time perfecting these tiny little details.
