The Future of Introspection
I think where we are with things like introspection is good ideas that will come. The question is, how are we going to tackle the large body of work between here and there? It's not a PowerPoint for VM world. There needs to be more than just a reference architecture. This stuff actually has to be built into a whole generation of technology and it's not in the next one. I'm pessimistic about some of this. Absolutely. Short term pessimism, but long term optimism. That's what I've heard.
