The Silver Linings of Remote Work

I think we're going to see a kind of remote switch from remote required to remote friendly. The fact that companies haven't utterly exploded as a result of working remote, we should give people at least a little bit of encouragement that they can trust their employees. We like the buzz when we're with people and we like randomly bumping into people. So let's not rob our entire working existence from that.
