Naseem: Loss aversion is much more powerful than greed. People were betting on huge significant moves that never happened. So those bets are priced very low, meaning they could make an enormous amount of money if they happen and they always seem to happen more than we expect. I think that's what Naseem was doing in the 80s and it kept paying off.
