The Way Kids Change You
Each child represented something different, prompted me and pushed me forward in a way I don't think I would have done without having kids. My second journey would have looked totally different. With my third and last child, I mean, her middle name is Journey. And there was no turning back. This aggressively or taking that kind of risk without having them. Some may say that kids would have had the opposite effect on their financial goals due to the increased expenses it takes to raise kids. If we didn't have kids at all, I would be able to aggressively save and retire early because there's less bills, less things we have to worry about.
