"I'm just trying to bring in some metaphorical, you know, what does my movement mean for me? So I realize I talked a lot through that," she says. "Just this idea of creating changes in the body and noticing all the movement that's possible is what helps build that resilient mind" Do you usually work one on one or have you also worked with groups? If it's specifically trauma, like if the person is coming in with understanding a history or like manifestations of trauma, I tend to only work one-on-one.
