The Relationship Between Diet and Muscle Development
There's a clear demarcation when sugar has been introduced to the human diet. Once we started adding refined sugar soft food, we saw a marked change in skeletal growth. And ever since then, our maxilas are getting smaller. Our scinuses are changing, s our tongue space is changing, and our jaws aregetting smaller. We're growing downward and backward as a species. It's all it can all be interrelated.
