Gary Gensler Picks a Fight With Ripple
Coinbase, the largest US crypto exchange, has been under scrutiny by the SAC. Gary Gensler picked the fight with Ripple and he basically said, you know what? You are a security, so you need to be regulated as such. This is now a lawsuit that has been going on for months. We're hoping that this is going to come to a culmination,. It's probably going to, I think, be a landmark issue because it will decide whether crypto is a security or not.
